We stand behind the quality of our service. If you're not satisfied with ReviveNext within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, we'll provide a full refund—no questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Eligible Refund Requests

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your first payment
  • The service did not meet your expectations
  • Technical issues prevented successful restoration (after we attempted to resolve them)
  • You were charged in error

2.2 Non-Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Requests made after 30 days from initial purchase
  • Renewal payments (you must cancel before renewal date)
  • Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
  • Situations where Wayback Machine lacks sufficient archived data
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at revivenext@gmail.com with your account email
  2. Include your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
  3. We will process your request within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

4. Processing Time

  • Approval: 1-2 business days
  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days

5. Subscription Cancellations

5.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period

  • No refunds for unused time in the current period
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted

6. Free Trial Policy

New users receive one free restoration. The free trial:

  • Does not require a credit card
  • Is limited to one restoration per user
  • Does not auto-upgrade to a paid plan

7. Disputed Charges

If you see an unexpected charge:

  1. Contact us at revivenext@gmail.com before disputing with your bank
  2. We'll investigate and resolve the issue within 3 business days
  3. If the charge was an error, we'll issue an immediate refund

Note: Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension and may incur additional fees.

8. Service Credits

In cases where a refund is not applicable, we may offer service credits at our discretion for:

  • Extended service outages
  • Failed restorations due to platform issues
  • Goodwill gestures for service improvements

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
