By accessing and using ReviveNext ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ReviveNext provides automated website restoration services that:

  • Download archived website data from the Wayback Machine (archive.org)
  • Reconstruct WordPress CMS installations from archived files
  • Match and download plugins from WordPress.org
  • Rebuild database structures from archived content
  • Deliver packaged WordPress installations for deployment

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Restore websites you do not have legal rights to
  • Use the service for illegal purposes or to violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Abuse, harass, or disrupt the service or other users
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Scrape, data mine, or excessively burden our infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of websites you restore. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data to provide the service.

5.2 Our Platform

ReviveNext and all related trademarks, logos, and technology are our property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform.

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Plans and Pricing

Current pricing is available at revivenext.com/pricing. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

6.3 Free Trial

New users receive one free restoration. Credit card information is required for paid plans.

7. Service Limitations

7.1 Restoration Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% perfect restorations. Quality depends on:

  • Completeness of Wayback Machine archives
  • Availability of original plugins and themes
  • Complexity of the original website

7.2 Data Availability

We rely on third-party services (Wayback Machine, WordPress.org). We are not responsible for unavailability of archived data.

7.3 Usage Limits

Plans include specified restoration limits. Exceeding limits may result in additional charges or service suspension.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your account at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment
  • Suspected fraud or abuse
  • Legal requirements

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIVENEXT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviveNext from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].
